Senior management
Chief Executive Officer
Brad Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer of Emailvision, and is based in London and Paris. Prior to joining Emailvision, Mr. Wilson spent seven years as the worldwide General Manager for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM business, growing that business into an industry leader for enterprise and mid-sized organisations. He also shifted the business to a cloud-first sales and delivery model, launching CRM as Microsoft’s first commercial cloud service. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Wilson was Vice President of worldwide CRM marketing for Peoplesoft, and Vice President of product marketing for marketing vendor Epiphany. Mr. Wilson is also a veteran of two Silicon Valley start-ups in the area of real-time analytics. He holds an MBA from Emory University and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Florida. He has been named an “Influential Leader” in the CRM industry five times by CRM Magazine.
President of Worldwide Field Operations
Dean Mansfield, President of Worldwide Field Operations, has spent more than 15 years in the software industry working in global sales and executive leadership roles. In his role, Dean leads Emailvision’s sales, partner and field marketing organization. From 2004-2009, Dean served as President of WW Sales and Distribution at NetSuite Inc. Under Dean's leadership, revenues grew over twenty fold. Prior to NetSuite, Dean was the VP WW Sales Operations at Brocade Communications, VP of Asia Pacific at Plumtree Software, and SVP WW Sales at McAfee/Network Associates. Most recently, Dean was the President and CEO of Fonality Inc. Dean holds a degree in Law LLB Honors from the University of London.
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Beach, Chief Financial Officer, has spent over 25 years working in financial leadership roles in the technology industry for both public and private companies. In his role, Jim leads Emailvision’s finance, HR and legal teams. Prior to Emailvision, Jim served as Business Unit CFO & VP at ADP Dealer Services International where he was responsible for business planning and financial operations. Jim has served as CFO and EVP of Cobalt Group Inc., the leading digital marketing firm servicing the automotive industry which ADP acquired in 2010, CFO at Attachmate Corporation / WRQ, Inc., CFO at DataChannel, Inc., CFO and SVP at Applied Microsystems Corp., General Manager of Microtek International Inc., and CFO of Microtek International Inc.Jim started his career at Deloitte LLP in their Technology and Emerging Business Practice. He graduated from Linfield College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and political science.
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Charles Wells werkt sinds februari 2010 bij Emailvision. Hij heeft meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in ontwerp, levering, implementatie en ondersteuning van software. Charles begon zijn carrière in IT-services voor de gezondheidszorg bij Tenet Healthcare en Magellan Health Services. Van 1998 – 2002 vervulde hij diverse senior management-functies bij Portal Software (Oracle). Voordat hij in dienst trad bij Emailvision, was Charles EMEA Vice President van Solution Delivery voor NetCracker Technology (NEC). Hij heeft een Bachelor of Science-graad in Business en een Bachelor of Arts-graad in Frans van de universiteit van Zuid-Florida. Charles spreekt vloeiend Engels en Frans.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Laurent Castellani is sinds augustus 2010 in dienst bij Emailvision. Hij heeft 20 jaar ervaring met het leiden van afdelingen voor informatiesystemen en netwerken. Laurent begon zijn carrière als software-engineer voor Act Informatique. Alvorens hij bij Emailvision in dienst trad, bracht Laurent enkele jaren in de Verenigde Staten door als Director of Information Systems bij Reed MIDEM en Vice-President of Information Systems bij Atempo. Hij heeft een master-graad in Electrical Engineering van ESIEE in Frankrijk. Laurent spreekt vloeiend Engels en Frans.
